Review on ๐Ÿ”ด Enhance Your Safety with the NiteRider Sentinel 250 Tail Light Black by Van Masterson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Battery life is very poor, but I love laser beams.

I've had a lot of flashing taillights and most of them over the last few weeks on a couple of AA batteries. This thing flashes (not constantly and doesn't contain two laser beams) only lasts an hour, and the charge indicator says it's dying. It is a pity! I love the two laser beams going around the bike and people actually stopped me to ask how I do it so obviously it's a pretty bright light. See attached photos. If it weren't for the cool laser beams, I'd rate it about two stars for the terrible battery life. The controls are a pain for those with thumbs or cold-weather gloves. These two features are side by side, so it's easy to pick the wrong one, and then you have to scroll through the features and hold to turn them off. You don't need a college degree to operate a taillight turn signal! KISS! The mount is just fine. You can hang it on your seat bag or mount it on your seat post. One of my saddlebags has no place to buckle and no place to attach to the seatpost, so obviously I can't use it on this bike. The seat post attachment is quite cumbersome. Don't get me wrong, I've been using NiteRider lights for a long time, but from my recent experience the current generation isn't as reliable as the ones we were able to get a few years ago. .
