Works with Z390 AORUS Master

I bought this kit to install on 4 memory sticks that reside in the Thermaltake View 37 RGB case on the Z390 AORUS Master motherboard from gigabytes are located. The RGB kit comes with a remote control and a power supply that plugs into an available SATA power connector. I set it up that way first to see what it could do. It was pretty cool, and the remote gave you some useful options. But then I wanted to see if I could connect the light directly to the motherboard and sync the light to the rest of the system. There are lights on the motherboard that connect to the case lighting control and they all work in unison. The Z390 Master came with a 12V 4-pin connector for LED strips. The motherboard also came with a cable to go from MB to Strip Light. I removed the remote control module from the RGB storage lights and connected the MB light cable to the storage lights with a daisy chain and BAM! Now they are in sync with the rest of the world. I've noticed that the color of these lights is slightly different from the rest of the system lights, and they're starting to change color a hair ahead of the rest of the lights, but not enough to call them a star. Installation was very easy. I had to reposition the CPU cooler to account for its extra height. Not so hot what's up. If you put 4 of these in the memory slots that are all next to each other it gets a little tight, but it works. Just make sure the latest module is installed correctly. This is the one that has a slight tilt due to the thickness of the light module. I love this mod!
