A Terrible Adventure with Carpentree's Low-Quality Furniture and Decorations for the Home

When I was in the market for a few new pieces to liven up my living space, I didn't hesitate to check out Carpentree's online site. I had always been a fan of Carpentree's reputation for developing high-quality home decor products, so when I was in the market for a few new pieces, I went straight there. Unfortunately, my time spent with Carpentree can best be described as a complete and utter failure. On their website, there was only a small range of things available, which was the first thing I noticed. In spite of the fact that they state that they have a large selection of products, I found the selection to be uninspiring and uninteresting. Nevertheless, I made the decision to give them the benefit of the doubt and bought a few things that attracted my eye despite my reservations. My feelings of dissatisfaction began the moment the shipment arrived. The products had a sloppy construction, and their edges and corners were jagged and unfinished. Carpentree did not pay the slightest attention to the smallest of details, and it was quite evident that quality was not one of their main priorities. When I attempted to contact their support team regarding my order, however, the customer care alternatives that were provided to me were extremely limited, which was another source of frustration for me. In general, I would not suggest shopping at Carpentree to anyone who is searching for high-quality things to decorate their homes with. My time spent shopping in their online store was a complete waste, and as a result, I won't be returning to make any other purchases from them in the foreseeable future.

Pros
  • There are many lovely and useful home decor things to pick from.
Cons
  • The prices are considerably higher than those at other similar stores.
