Cheap pruning shears - hand tools

In general, I like the kit, but I added three pruning shears, moving very closely, the blades do not slide smoothly when cutting, and this can easily affect a person's ability to cut accurately and I don't want to use them for fear of cutting a branch or leaf I didn't mean to cut. If the secateurs were smooth I would easily give this five stars but all secateurs are the same cheap quality and this is half the set :/
