Couldn't find it locally at Home Depot or Lowes.
Bought to fix an old lamp. I had to remove the brackets and use the brackets from the old outlet. Luckily the brackets were attached with nuts and bolts so it was doable. If I couldn't do that, I wouldn't be able to use it to fix the lamp.
