Keeps going back to open authentication

Initial review: It took forever to arrive and the wizard didn't work. I had to configure manually by going to IP address. When I entered the language was set to Russian. It was fun. Now everything works fine. 02/28/2015 updated review: I am sending the router back and had to pay $29 shipping (it sucks). The router keeps reverting to open authentication for the wireless network. If I press the reset button, it goes back to Russian. It has a European power adapter with a US adapter. When you snap them together, the connection becomes loose and so heavy that you have to lean the entire power supply against another surface to make sure it stays connected. I don't understand why it keeps reverting to an open wireless connection, but we can't. It doesn't happen on our business network. I bought this router because I needed something with 8 ports and the options are very limited.

Pros
  • High support and durability ratings from testers
Cons
  • Flawed
