Dissatisfied with Both the Quality of Picotee's Clothing and Their Customer Service

As a customer of Picotee, I was quite dissatisfied with both the quality of the clothing they sold and the quality of the customer service they offered. The products I ordered did not match the descriptions on the internet, and the quality of the items I received was subpar. My problems were not resolved in a timely manner or to my satisfaction, despite the fact that I made numerous attempts to get in touch with customer service. The items of clothing that I was given had flaws such as loose threads and seams that were coming apart. Additionally, some of the garments had stains on them. My order of shoes did not come in the correct size, and the jewelry was of poor quality and poorly constructed. It was especially frustrating because the maternity garments I bought did not give the necessary support for my growing belly. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, I was faced with responses that weren't very helpful and lengthy wait times. The representatives did not appear to be interested in my problems and did not provide any ideas that might be considered beneficial. In addition, the procedure for returning the item was challenging and time-consuming, with instructions that were not clear and the company not providing any support. My time spent with Picotee, on the whole, was a source of frustration and disappointment. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone searching for high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry, particularly for women or pregnancy wear.
