File never used. I do chores and thought this would speed up the process of making my own nails. You have to be patient because if you try to do the filing process very quickly, you may chew your cuticles. Check out the Nail Education Connection on YouTube where I learned a lot of great nail tips. That's why I even bought this file. Your feedback really helped me decide which e-file to get and I'm glad I did. The bits that come with the machine aren't great. You have to buy a real set of bits to achieve what you want. And be sure to keep a spacer or other attachment in the grip during storage, or you could ruin the machine. Also, turn off the machine when shifting between forward and reverse gears, or you could damage the machine if the engine is still running when you change gears. Better to be safe than sorry.
