What I like about it are the two USB ports. You connect it to your computer and move files to it. Because of the micro connector on the other end you can plug it into any phone or tablet and it will read and play it on that device even if you already have SD cards. . I put music and videos on mine along with some reading material and it performed well on Android devices. I format it in Fat32 which can be read by most devices. I don't know anything about the iPhone, I've never had one and I don't want one either.
