Review on Authentic Beauty Concept Cruelty Free Silicone Free Hair Care for Hair Masks by Sarah Mailyafemail

I'm a big fan of Authentic Beauty Concept products but their hair masks just don't work for me. I have a full line of Replenish cleaners. -- Cleanser, conditioner, and this mask -- plus Replenish Leave-in Balm. I like them all very much. They work great on my naturally curly, but often dry, colour-treated hair. But this mask doesn't do anything "extra". My hair feels the same just using Replenish Conditioner as it does when I add this mask. So, I mean, it can't be rushed, but I don't see much added value either. This is my experience with all the masks I have tried from Authentic Beauty Concept. They all share the same basic ingredients, with modifications made depending on what each mask is designed to help with. And the smells are different. My least favorite of all was Replenish. It's not bad. It's just not my favorite. Speaking of minor flaws, the lid on this product is almost impossible to open in the shower. The lid is smaller than the tub and very short so you can't grab anything to turn it over. This is not a breach of contract. Just a little annoyance. All in all, this product is not for me. It didn't make a noticeable difference to my hair and my daily life. I love many Authentic Beauty Concept products, but I would skip this hair mask. Not a difficult pass, but still a pass.
