I've been using this switch for almost 2 years and it suffers from many annoying problems. Issues: 1. The audio through the 3.5mm jacks is consistently high. Sound from the source still gets through, but the audio is loud enough to drown out most of what you might hear. For Windows 10 computers, you must physically disconnect/reconnect the USB cable to the computer for it to respond. It gets extremely annoying when you quickly have multiple switches.3. Random Freeze. KVM will randomly stop accepting input for about 10 seconds at a time. It's pretty rare, but when it happens it's very frustrating. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially considering the price.
