Review on Direction Local by John Destruction

We use direction lcoal to manage our Google My Business account from an admin perspective as well as for reporting purposes with their reports feature! The system has been easy enought o train my team in how it works so that we can do things ourselves without needing much help or supervision at this time but if I need more support they are always there when needed!! Reporting needs improvement (it's not intuitive), however overall service level very good.

They really want you happy long term customers & have great people who work hard to make sure everyones experience working through them is excellent. !
