Normal quality, you can use it.

I decided to check the set as soon as it arrived and discovered that two of the heads (CrV 1/2, 16 and 21 mm) were severely rusted. Amazon offered to refund my purchase, however they declined my request for additional money or a replacement set of two heads. Don't use Amazon; their customer support is terrible.
The tool is fine for the most part, but there was obviously a flaw in the coating process used to make these heads, which led to the appearance of a very noticeable and permanent rust.
