Shoehorn is missing - otherwise good puzzle

If everything was in the box I would probably give the product 5 stars. However, the puzzle lacked a shoehorn, which provides stability in the toe area when assembling the puzzle. In addition to the 108 puzzle pieces, there are 4 structural elements. There is a sole, a shoehorn, a curved plastic piece for the front edge of the shoe, and a storage box that fits in the hole after the puzzle is complete. We were missing a shoehorn. At the beginning of the assembly there is a point where you need to cover the toe area. Shoehorn provides detail support. Without them, you'll have to find another way to seal off this open area. I ended up using several plastic bags that contained the puzzle pieces as well as my hand. Once I covered that part it held together and I was able to put the puzzle together, but it's not as structurally sound as it would be if that part of the shoe had a piece of hard plastic to provide support. Please note that my 7 year old daughter sorted all the pieces and stacked them in stacks of 10 and then arranged those stacks in the correct order to allow me to put the puzzle together very quickly. It's a simple puzzle and looks nice when assembled but is missing an important piece hence 1 star.
