Unfortunately I'm disappointed. I wanted to love this moka pot, but I just can't. The basket leg doesn't go deep enough into the pot, so at least 1/4 of the water never goes through the coffee. Brewing takes more than five minutes. Yesterday it took over twenty minutes to get half the bank up and running. The gift set was missing parts; One of the cork coasters was just completely missing and one of the mugs was broken on arrival. The measuring spoon/clamp was so broken that the loop does not work. There was no gasket in this box so I wouldn't be surprised. It was a present for my husband, so it's all the more disappointing. I think it's ok if you only need half a pot and don't mind wasting filtered water. There is no parts list so I have to estimate the size if I need a new silicone gasket. It definitely doesn't go 10 ounces short of 12. We wanted a quick espresso model. We had to keep waiting or save and buy more expensive ones. I want to love it but it had too many disappointing factors and it doesn't work as well as I would like.
