This did not help my PS4 not ejecting discs. But it clicked immediately. My PS4 most likely has a problem with the drive eject button connection, which is not a defect of this product. Update: I removed the rubber pad on the bottom of the PS4 and bent the metal pin up until I heard a beep from the disc drive. Reinstalled the rubber strip and then the button, and the eject button works again!
