I used this type of twine/rope when I managed a mattress store in Phoenix, Arizona. We used it to tie mattress sets on top of car roofs so customers could take their new mattress sets home with them. I used a slip knot so it would be easy for them to release the twine/rope. I never lost a mattress set that I tied down. I bought this box because I was out of twine/rope from the box I took from the mattress store when i left and I was moving and I knew I needed to secure things in the U-haul truck. I made 5 trips with a 26' U-haul truck and used a ton of this twine/rope and I still have a lot left over to use for many, many things and many, many years to come. Highly recommend for so many uses.
