Found what I needed.
The shirt was exactly the pale yellow color I was looking for. I'm not sure why it's called banana. Ties and a square are unnecessary as I won't be using them and they're pretty ugly and don't go well with the color in my opinion, but they're functional if you will. Size 4 seems to fit my 3.5 year old perfectly.
