Review on πŸ’ Dr. Riggs' Rhelief - Natural Pain & Joint Relief Drink Mix Supplement Starter Pack with Shaker Bottle, Cherry Flavor (5 Count) by Lauren Russell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

πŸ‘πŸ€— I love natural alternatives, that definitely helps. 100 caffeine per serving.

. I don't know that I'm a fan of 4 hours. 4 doses will be over 400 mg. So for me I like 1 or 2 doses, usually 5 hours apart. (A lot of painkillers contain caffeine, it helps with pain relief and also causes pain from fatigue) Some days it works, some days I might still need ibuprofen but can definitely use less πŸ‘ Can be slightly irritating on an empty stomach. I love the mix of ingredients they chose, but I have to limit use to a few times a week because I take lysine for the Pauling protocol and it contains arginine. they are antagonists so I usually take them apart for a few hours (lysine at first) and since then I've been using them a few times a week, that's fine. Pop for drinks at convenience stores or coffee shops so not too bad. Pleasant taste, full strength and diluted. This is the same one I tested in May. Both are $2 a stick but it gives you a nice bottle for cocktails etc. I would say if you try this go for this one. Fill the big package first.🐈🐈🐈🐈1/2 for the bottle
