I just ran a marathon in it :) I don't like carrying water bottles in my hands. and hate cleaning backpacks with a long straw and they never lasted. decided that I would try that. Extremely happy! It is very comfortable, well built and designed. Has a back pocket for phone, keys, MP3 player, with earphone hole. Love the design of the shoulder bags for easy access to the gel (loved the elastic so you can open it on the go and not fall out), it's easy to adjust, it's comfortable and well padded. really impressed with this product! It was a bit pricey at $100. And color choices are limited but I will wear it on all my long runs and also use it for cycling (just needed a shorter water bottle for cycling because my helmet would clash with a larger one)
