Great for long runs

I use them when I plan to run long distances. It fits well and I like that there are no straps on the chest. The water bottle is easy to remove by reaching over your shoulder and simply put back in without removing the entire packaging. Of the minuses - pockets on the straps. They're confusing because I'm not sure what they're for. Nothing I've tried fits there and won't stay there. It would be great if he could hold his phone, but I use my back pocket for it and it works.

I love this product!

Unusual way of carrying things, but surprisingly comfortable. The bottle doesn't fall out when I bend down to tie my shoelaces. After many uses I have purchased several more products from this Orange Mud company. I bought their latest backpack with double bottle cage. It's even better than this (if you do really long hikes or runs or bike rides etc). They've made a few changes from the latest one. It's even more convenient and there are places to store groceries etc. more conveniently. You'll…

The best hydration solution for long runs

The best hydration option for long runs. I've tried them all. Band solutions bounce and use custom bottles that are difficult to fill quickly. By holding the bottle(s) in your hand you are wasting valuable energy. Tank bags sit lower on the back and don't offer enough cooling, and then you're dealing with tanks that are harder to fill and painful to clean. very handy, holds a standard bottle (I've used bottles up to 29oz which are easier to take) and has extra space for gels, phone etc. Highly…

) I don't like carrying water bottles in my hands

I just ran a marathon in it :) I don't like carrying water bottles in my hands. and hate cleaning backpacks with a long straw and they never lasted. decided that I would try that. Extremely happy! It is very comfortable, well built and designed. Has a back pocket for phone, keys, MP3 player, with earphone hole. Love the design of the shoulder bags for easy access to the gel (loved the elastic so you can open it on the go and not fall out), it's easy to adjust, it's comfortable and well padded…

Expensive but worth it.

After five years of running and trying all types and brands of hydration packs (Amphipod, Nathan, Salomon, .) the only one that was comfortable enough for long runs (10km, 21km, 42km) was Fitness / Fitness . Despite being so expensive, I decided to give the Orange Mud HydraQuiver Single Barrel a try. At first I wanted to try the HydraQuiver 1 vest pack, but from the photos it looks like a bra from the front, dammit! Did they pay the designer for it? So I bought a cheaper HydraQuiver Single…

Great alternative to bubble, belt and hand bottles

I bought this product as I didn't want to use a bubble hydration pack and with a few other hydration systems (Nathan Triangle, Insulated Hip Pack, Angled Holster Hip Pack and Quickdraw plus handheld). Carrying a portable bottle became an issue after 5 or 6 miles, and the waist pack twisted around my waist as I ran. This backpack sits slightly higher on the back than the hydration bladder system. Once you get used to the position of the backpack, you don't even notice it anymore. Removing and…
