If you repair your bike regularly, this assembly compound is a must! Since I work almost exclusively on my own bikes and use relatively expensive parts on all my bikes, I quickly realized that bulk is a must for all high-end bikes. This material is ideal for carbon seat posts and carbon handlebars. I've also used it to great effect on a single bolt seatpost head that tended to loosen no matter how tight the bolt was tightened. This mounting compound really gives you peace of mind that your settings won't change a millimeter after application. Just remember to be generous with your assembly mass and always use carbon on aluminum, carbon on carbon and aluminum on aluminum.
