I love these pans. This one does most of the hard work in my house, the best thing about this brand is the pans are so easy to clean yet can be placed in oven lids and anything and can withstand temperatures of up to 450 degrees if you go with a non stick coating Grinders CANNOT do that, and when you look at pans that can, you can't beat their price. I'm slowly but surely replacing all my pots and pans with genuine Blue Diamond branded products 💎. My only issue with this brand is that they claim you can use metal utensils and their pans will remain scratch free, and while you can use metal utensils without scratching the damn pans like other nonsticks, these pans still scratch and man must be much more careful with the metal than one would like to believe.
