This is a really good quality shredder from Leifheit. It's perfect for quickly chopping up a few dishes when you're not making so much that the food processor has to stop. It's easy to use and great for chopping small batches of almost any fruit or veg you want to chop. This chopper is handier than my other hand chopper which requires me to hit it with my palm. If you have arthritis, this can be painful. Not so with this chopper. In comparison, this one only requires a slight nudge. It also includes a whisk for beating salad dressings, eggs, a small amount of heavy cream or anything else you need to whip up. It's not one of those kitchen gadgets that makes promises it can't keep. It really delivers and I'm throwing away my old chopper. I am very happy with this chopper. It doesn't disappoint at all.
