That's sufficient, but not exact.
Very difficult to control. It struggles to maintain a stable constant current and voltage. There is no indication when DC is active, the LED (there is one) only lights up when power is applied. If you just want rough voltage and current control, that's fine. If you're like me trying to make a regulated desktop power supply, I recommend you just get one of those shielded all-in-one modules, or use separate buck and boost converters.
