The product looks good. And it seems decently well built. But it is very difficult to use it for its intended purpose. Here are the problems: 1. The overall weight of the tool is too light and the handles are too small. Makes it difficult to actually generate power for nutrition through the apple. My 12 year old can't eat an apple.2. The size of the hole in the center is too small to actually core a medium sized apple. We always have to cut the most slices in addition.3. The slices and cores do not come out of the slicer completely. There is actually a risk of cutting yourself trying to take the core out of the slicer.
