I love the Bundt cakes that are made in this pan. As you probably know, silicone molds keep the outside of the cakes quite moist, so you need to take the cakes out right away to keep them from becoming soggy. hot. If handled carefully, it will last a long time. Before baking, I sprayed this pan with oil and am attaching a photo of four beautiful mini cakes I made in this pan. Love it!
