Looks very educational and useful
Haven't used the board yet and found that we need to oil the board. I had to get a food grade mineral oil which took a while. It took several layers of oil as it penetrated the wood. it is weathered. This must be done regularly. That's all well and good, but I didn't expect to have to do this process. I think we will like it. It's harder than I thought, but that's okay too.
