Review on Enhance Your Cycling Experience with Topeak BarXtender Handlebar Extender by John Reese

The design of this handlebar is solid and exactly what I expected and wanted, but unfortunately mine didn't hold up after a 10 mile "technical rehearsal" on paved trails to rest and then not / broke less than 4 miles on my first century trip on an organized trip. It's also clear that its design wasn't rigid enough to fit a small action cam in front of my bike's handlebars. As can be seen in the photos and even in the video that captured the tragic moment of the accident, the lower end of the vertical bar suffered a significant fracture of the metal due to fatigue. The HP ac300w action camera is not affected thanks to its robust construction. Based on the other high ratings for this product, I can assume that it is most likely an isolated fault.
