The product is of poor quality, I don't recommend it.

On January 26, 2022, I purchased an iPhone 12, everything worked properly, I put a lot of enjoyment into using it, and based on its specifications, it has nothing but positives. Prior to that, I had an iPhone 8, and its screen was noticeably inferior to the one on the iPhone 12. And now, after nearly three months, the Internet has stopped working on my phone. The most interesting wi-fi network is still operational, but Internet access is not. At first, I suspected that there was a problem with the service provider; but, after having the sim card replaced, it did not help. When I turned to M-Video, they told me that the repair could take up to 45 days. When I asked for a replacement phone, they offered a "unit" (you can't call it otherwise, since it's so old that I didn't even see them) more and of unknown origin, with a broken screen, referring to the fact that you can call, the Internet is there, and that's it. I read various reviews, and the reviewers wrote that rather the board flew off. I said that I would not consent to use such a phone, even if it were only temporary, and then I took my own phone and departed. In general, what I want to say is that the phone is not terrible in principle, maybe it's a marriage that came across to me, but of course I'm not satisfied with the actions of the M-Video employees. According to the law, I should be provided with a phone that has the same characteristics as mine, but they have denied me this opportunity. It is unfortunate, but I will have no choice but to take this matter to court if we are unable to reach a settlement. Hence, my negative rating is not so much about the phone as it is about the store.
