First of all I would like to say that the customer service is impeccable. I own a business and appreciate a quick response. So we tried many games until we found a happy medium. We use Costco organic coffee that we grind at home. We bought Takeya Cold Brew pitchers. You need 2 as a good batch requires 8 cups of concentrate and 4 cups of filtered water. More coffee, of course, if you want it stronger. We also re-filtered our coffee to make it smoother. We clearly prefer the sweet taste of N2O. Beyond that, we go through 96 ounces in 2.5 days. If the feed decreases, we add another cylinder. Really the best result for even foam and sweet taste. SHOULD WORK BETWEEN ADDING CYLINDERS. The equipment sure is expensive. We also tried the whipped cream dispenser. Okay, but it's better for the price and hassle. Coffee costs 16.00 per packet. Makes about 10 batches (96 oz) ie 1.60 per batch in addition to 3 N20 cylinders for a total of 2.40 per batch. Only 4.00/96 oz. Less cup on SB. And they use pure nitro. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT. We tried the batch with 1 tbsp whipping cream, it was TERRIBLE AND DESTROYS THE FLAVOR OF THE SMOOTH FOAM. Hope that helps.
