Their customer support was great to deal with! I needed help transferring my domains from another provider, they helped me through it quickly & professionally! No real dislike of anything about them other than maybe if you are looking for something more 'old-fashioned' then this may not be your ideal choice? Great service overall - transferring our business away so we could start using one platform across everything (hosting / email etc).

The customer service provided by this team has been amazing, I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for any response from them! They are also very quick when it comes time to transfer my domains away (or back) if needed as well!! Their pricing structure makes sense too. Nothing really that stands out at the moment but they do everything right so far ;) Very happy with their services thus far. !
