I had a little trouble getting to grips with this pump at first, but the customer service was great and answered my questions quickly. I bought this pump to use with my ISLE SUP and the first few times I used it I had to use a hand pump instead, it just didn't pump the board. Eventually I found that the o-ring on the injector was too thick and replaced it with a thinner one (in a small pump bag). This allowed the hose to be fully connected and finally my board to be inflated. I will say that the pump scares me every time it goes to a loud powerful part and it sounds like it's broken, but since it continues to work I'm assuming that's not the case. The hand pump is the last piece to stay safe. You never want to over-inflate and risk the life of your seams in hot weather like we have in the south.
