Seagate used to be the industry leader, there are MANY more options now, but for NAS use these drives are hard to beat. It was between that and WD. Personally, I've had more problems with WD products than Seagate, although today's products can't really be judged from the past as technology is constantly changing and improving. Thinking back to the time I paid $1,000 for my first 1GB drive, paying just over $100 for a 4TB drive seems incredible. The first thing I did when installing them was check their SMART specs - a good idea as sometimes rough transport affects the drive negatively (see other reviews) but they were both perfect. Highly recommended.
