Review on Estwing BP12 12-Inch Plastic Handle in Black by Jacob Andreti

Excellent skillet; beautiful and hard. Like black because it shows gold better to me. Has small "mold" protrusions in the pan at the bottom of the casting that need to be leveled out with a razor blade or they will grab the non-gold material - not sure if this is typical but the last pan I bought , it didn't have this.
