My wife was initially dissatisfied when I mentioned that after buying our first of these ladders in the summer of 2019 I would be buying another telescopic ladder. The first ladder we bought was tall and a little bulky at the bottom, climbing 13 feet. This required pulling each crossbar until it clicked into place and snapping at the bottom to lower the entire ladder. One last thing I would like to mention about the stair I replaced is that when the step was in the locked position a RED circle appeared. It is a universal color, RED stands for stop and danger. So when I see red I always think RED is dead so it was always confusing. So I bought this telescoping ladder from Augtarlion and now use it for a variety of DIY or hard to find applications around the world. A house.
