I used a lot of nail foils and nail polish strips. I'm impressed with their quality considering the price! They are not very thick but stretch easily. You can change their position by laying them slightly, not leveling them. Once you apply REALLY hard pressure and cut with the scissors and then the nail file in a downward motion, remove the last piece the scissors can't reach. I love stamping my nails to create the perfect base for the ombre. Then I finish with a nice transparent top coat and they last a week and a half. There are no liability issues. If you don't prep your nails properly and remove all traces of oil, the glue won't stick to them. Get it right and you'll be just as happy with it as I am!
