Review on GemRed Digital Depth Height Router by Bud Crabtree

I need to measure some offsets in a small plastic box and trying to use a smaller ruler or other calipers doesn't do the trick. This tool makes it easier. But more importantly, I find it extremely useful for adjusting the blade height on my table saw. I didn't originally buy it for this, but . While the magnets aren't super strong, they are strong enough to hold the gauge over the blade, and with one hand I can rotate the blade to the correct height with MUCH better accuracy than a feeler gauge. The results were repeated. I turned it off, re-zeroed the sensor, moved the slider all the way around and put it back on the saw blade and always got the same response (or close enough that you never bothered with woodworking). Very satisfied.
