Functionally, it works perfectly. The power connection cable barely reaches the mainboard. It wasn't long enough to reach the control module, which was pressed against the back of the motherboard tray, so I had to pull really hard to get to the next connector on the motherboard. There is a lot of tension on both sides. I hope this doesn't affect the lifespan of the fan. Finally, forget about using the included screws. They were too short and thick to fit in a fan. Your case should have extra screws to attach the fan. Luckily I also have a Cooler Master case with extra screws that fit perfectly.
