I'm glad I bought this feeder. It's durable and well built. I feel better about its value after holding it in my hands. The quick floor cleaning is great. This creates multiple feeding opportunities for attached birds. It took a few days for the birds to start doing this, but it was quite cold. I live in a newer area that doesn't really have a lot of mature trees, so attracting birds with different feeds and seeds wasn't easy. Visit him in about a week. The seed mix stays in the machine with very little spillage. Today I put in some peeled sunflowers and they stayed. I hope to see more than finches, time will tell.
