I am collecting 3 computers to donate to a low income school so kids can learn online. I was missing speakers so decided to buy the product and see if it works properly before buying 2 more So I continued with the original purchase, received the product earlier than expected - by the way I had to buy the power supply separately, since it is not included, I installed it and so far everything works fine as expected, so I decided again buy 2 other soundbars to complete 3 computers. I received an email confirmation of my order and that I will receive it soon. With this confirmation from Revain I bought the 2 power supplies I need which cost almost the same as columns. But unfortunately after a few days I received an order cancellation notice because they cannot ship the order to my address (same address) so I called Revain customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do as this a external supplier is They only send an email to the Coresale seller to contact me with the reason for the cancellation if they have previously shipped the product to the same address but have not heard from them.
