The platform allows us to build our own storefronts, allowing us to create new offerings easily without having to rely on third party providers. It also helps that they have excellent customer support as well! We are able to manage our product catalog through this software with ease. There isn't much I dislike about it. However, there could be more features added in certain areas of the application (i.e., inventory management). They do offer a free trial which will allow you to evaluate the platform before committing too heavily into using them. This has been very successful so far. Genkiosk offers an easy way for retail stores to provide consumers with what they want while maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms. This allows us to maintain one system instead of several different systems.
