Review on 📦 Enhanced-Technology EK Tools 2.25" Large Circle Paper Punch - Improved Packaging by Barbara Simmons

I have about 10 other EK rotary hammers and these have always been my favorites for ease of use and durability. I bought this round hole punch to replace one that was dull and not cutting well. When I got this one the cut was easier to pierce than my old worn one but the cut wasn't cleaner. This means that although it punched with less force than the old one, there were little "villi" around the edges of the cut, almost as bad as the old one, worn out! I have 3 more EK circle dies so I know what they SHOULD look like. I don't know if it's bad, or it was sold to me like new when it wasn't, or if the quality has gone down. Very disappointing. I bought this to finish a project and then had to settle for less than perfect edges.
