Too thin and light in the "impact area " of the foot.
These socks were advertised as "shock absorbing" but I think they are useful, maybe for walking, not running long distances. Moisture-wicking properties and pleasant colors. However, I would have preferred Nike 1/4 cotton socks, which offer better cushioning overall.
