I don't like the hook. It's very stiff, doesn't look like metal at all, and is difficult to attach to a briefcase. I apply it but I don't think it will last long. I thought it was more durable metal. At second glance, it looks like sprayed zinc, not what I wish for in a good computer bag in the long run. The padding was very good. You saved on fasteners. I have arthritis in my hands so opening and closing is annoyingly painful. I will switch to other brands. I don't think zinc is as strong as chromium so I'm disappointed.
