Review on PlanStreet by Charles Collier

The software has a lot of bells and whistles that make it very easy to use for both our small team AND our clients. We can access it from anywhere using my phone or laptop. It is an excellent product that we use daily with our clients. We love the ease of access to all types of data (website, surveys, emails, etc.) as well as the ability to create reports easily. I wish there was a way to export PDF reports into Word so they are more accessible/read by others in the office. There are several different tabs for tracking progress but sometimes this makes it hard when you want to switch between them. This is a great tool. My only other suggestion would be to have more templates available right out of the factory. Our clients appreciate the ease of the system as well as being able to see how our team is performing. They like not having to email us to go through their survey results or get updates on a project. And they like being able to check where their budget dollars are going. The ability to connect to your google drive. The ability to connect to your google calendar. The ability to track all of your events. I am able to create a company account to allow multiple staff to access from multiple devices. The ability to have multiple staff members in the company to be able to access at the same time. Nothing, it was easy to use and I was able to access my google drive and calendar easily.
