The fact that i can access my personal data for health reasons without my employer knowing. I have been able to use planstreet to track my medical expenses. There is a way to see what i've spent without letting my employer know. I haven't found any downsides so far. The software has a lot of bells and whistles that make it very easy to use for both our small team AND our clients. We can access it from anywhere using my phone or laptop. I love having everything all together! It's easy for me as an employee of my organization because it makes scheduling easier at times when time is needed or short.
