It's easy to use, simple interface with great response time for support (less than 24 hours).
You can easily track your progress of tickets in dashboard without any hassle or technical knowledge required from you! Can't find anything which I dislike at this point!! The only thing it lacks sometimes when there are many new incoming tasks/tickets so some may feel little bit impatient but not much as well compared other online ticketing software like Zendesk etc., But overall its very good product still if u have less number then yes they will be able too handle more request per day otherwise no issues found yet since last 1 year we started using yellowant service provider. We solved our issue management problem by tracking each customer activity through an intuitive UI & reporting system - now employees know what their customers want even before getting them face2face interaction.-.
