Easy-to Use Service Desk Software With Great Customer Support

It's easy to use, simple interface with great response time for support (less than 24 hours). You can easily track your progress of tickets in dashboard without any hassle or technical knowledge required from you! Can't find anything which I dislike at this point!! The only thing it lacks sometimes when there are many new incoming tasks/tickets so some may feel little bit impatient but not much as well compared other online ticketing software like Zendesk etc., But overall its very good…

Simple yet effective Time Management tool

I like how this software can be used to help solve problems with emails, calendar management etc. It's easy enough for my colleagues who are not tech savvy as well. The UI could have been better but it was good overall. Nothing atm! We're currently looking into other solutions which we will probably switch over once they come out of beta testing phase (hopefully). For now though, we're using yant in combination with Slack since our team uses slack heavily and also has meetings via Zoom/Skype…
