The implementation process can be difficult at times if it's not done properly - which means hiring an expert who knows their way around Salesforce very well! We've been using them since 2015 but we have never regretted bringing in this additional tool into our business stack because now all teams across sales are able share information effectively via instant messaging etc., I like that you can easily create dynamic landing pages and use all the features in one dashboard.
